Investing in a range of asset classes and capital structures, we have a particular focus on opportunistic, value investing. Our wholesale investor base comprises institutional funds, family offices and high net worth individuals — Ingwe’s principals also co-invest in every fund.
WHat we do
Property development
We manage investment across a range of real estate projects - both our own as principal, and those promoted by third party developers. As developers ourselves, we have accumulated experience across a variety of property classes and understand how to enhance the value of real estate. We also have structuring expertise that protects against risks for investors.
Advisory and Capital Raising
Ingwe advises select project promoters on how best to raise capital for their developments. Once the optimal funding structure has been determined, we then raise all the funding required across the capital stack - from senior debt, through mezzanine to structured equity. Where appropriate, we collaborate in joint venture with third party capital providers.
Funds Management
We bring substantial experience and capable infrastructure to investment management within our core fund – the Perth Property Fund. We take risk and compliance seriously, and our internal processes reflect this. This means investors can be confident that their investments are professionally managed.
